Turkish Pide 

Here’s the recipe: 
For the dough: 

3 big cups of all purpose flour

1 big cup warm water

1 package of dry yeast ( 9g) 

Tablespoon of salt

Tablespoon of sugar

Mix the dry ingrediants and add water, knead everything till you get a smooth dough. Let it rest for 1-2 hours minimum.

Red pide : 300g grounded beef, 1 medium size onion, 250 tomatoe sauce. 

Cut the onion into small cubes, roast it on a few tablespoons of oil. Then add meat and 2 min after add the tomatoes sauce. Cook everything fpr another 5 minutes on medium to high heat. Roll the dough into an oval shape and in the middle add the meat and fold the dough as shown in photos. Season everything as wished ( red paprika, chilli, salt, pepper) . Bake it for 20 min at 180-200 ° C

Green pide: 300g spinach and 200g feta cheese.  Wash the spinach, dry it and place it on the oval shaped dough. Over it place the feta cheese and season it with just a  pinch of salt. Bake it for 20 min at 180° C
